• Acknowledge that video URLs must be publicly accessible
• Understand that we extract and process information from submitted videos

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Submit malicious code or attempt to hack the Service
• Scrape or copy content from the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Submit spam or repetitive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Content Guidelines

• Only submit travel-related content
• Ensure video URLs are from TikTok (currently our only supported platform)
• Do not submit inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
• Respect intellectual property rights

5.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Travsy App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Third-Party Content

• TikTok videos remain the property of their creators
• Extracted information is processed for informational purposes
• We do not claim ownership of third-party content
• Users should respect the rights of content creators
